Can I buy books on this website?
No. Silk Road Publishing is a library and catalogue. Every book page shows the stores and markets where that title is sold. Choose one of the buy links on the book page to purchase from that store.
How do I download a free book?
Some titles have a free file. Create a free account, sign in, open the book page and press the download button. Only books that show "Free download" have files.
Why do I need an account to download?
A free account lets authors and the publisher see that their work is read by real people, and it keeps automatic downloading under control. It costs nothing.
I did not receive my confirmation email.
Check your spam or junk folder first. If it is not there, use the "resend" link on the sign-in page. If it still does not arrive, send us a message from the Contact page and quote your email address.
I forgot my password.
Open the sign-in page and choose "Forgot your password". We will email you a link to choose a new one.
Which languages are the books in?
Persian (Farsi) and English. You can filter the book list by language, category and author.
A buy link or a detail about a book is wrong.
Please tell us from the Contact page with the name of the book. We will fix it as soon as we can.
I am an author. Can my book be listed here?
Send us a message from the Contact page with a short description of your book. Our team will reply by email.
How do I contact you?
Use the form on the Contact page. We do not publish an email address, so the form with its quick check is the way to reach us. A member of the team replies by email.
Are the books free?
Some are free to download and some are sold in stores. The book page tells you which. Where a book is sold, the buy links take you to the store.
Can I read a book online here?
Only books that show a download button can be read, after you download the file. Books that are sold are read from the store where you buy them.
Do you ship printed books?
We do not ship anything ourselves. Printed copies are sent by the stores listed on the book page.
What do I do if the download does not start?
Make sure you are signed in and your email is confirmed. Try another browser, and if the problem stays, ask us from the Contact page and name the book.
Can I change my name or email?
Open My account to update your details. If you cannot sign in, ask us and we will help.
How do I report a problem with a book or a copyright concern?
Ask us through the Contact page with the name of the book and what is wrong. We look at every report.
Is my information safe?
We keep only what the account needs and never sell it. See the Privacy page for details.
How do I delete my account?
Sign in, open My account and use "Delete my account". Your details and download history are removed.
